Milton Okwuoha, BSc., MSc., P.E., Principal Civil Engineer
Mr. Okwuoha is the Principal Civil/Geologic Engineer with OJI Califco Consortium, Inc. He is a registered professional engineer with the State of New York (NY PE License # 080547) and has over 25 years of engineering practice experience in the areas of Civil/Transportation Engineering and Environmental Engineering. He joined OJI International Consultants Limited in 1991.
Mr. Okwuoha recently served Project Manager with the Construction division of the New York Department of Transportation. He has held both managerial and technical oversight of over $400m capital program reconstruction of over 50 highways and bridges within the five counties of New York City. These include the rehabilitation of the Westside Highway in Manhattan, the reconstruction of the Grand Street Bridge over Brooklyn –Queens Expressway in Brooklyn and the reconstruction of both the Westchester and Buhre Avenue bridges in New York City,
